I have had a similar experience. The words I heard were, βin this moment, nothing else exists.β Another way of getting to exactly what you so beautifully described. Thank you.
Iβve had my βmomentsβ. I call them βmoments of graceβ. They are spaces and spaciousness that I can never describe and should I try to, words somehow seem to diminish the experience. Worse yet, when in that spaciousness, should I start thinking with my mind, or try putting words to whatβs going on, I lose that space.
Iβm looking forward to my next βmomentsβ hoping I learned my lesson so I can linger there longer. ππ
Moments of grace is an excellent phrase. And accurate. It is grace, they often come unbidden and carrying with them such blessing. Thank you for sharing Kate. :)

I'm so glad you shared this Nicole. It is a universal experience I think for many. Thanks for putting words to it.
Beautiful. Thank you for this reminder π
Thank you Tatjana. I feel I need as many reminders as I can get :)

Beautifully written. A great reminder to be in the "now" and turn off the constant chatter in our heads.
Thank you Sue. It's funny how the teaching of "keep coming back to the now" returns over and over and yet its new for me every time.
